A product called HelioDisplay — a device that can project images in thin air — is launched in the EUA for the retail price of USD $20,000.
The projector do not uses any kind of gas, LASER or holographic system. According to the company, the projector changes the electrical properties of the air, in order to create the image.
The most surprising is that the equipment can sense when the user touches the image, allowing interaction.
